  • Returns are accepted within 7 working days of receiving your order
  • All returned items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is mandatory for all returns

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization number
  2. Carefully package the unused item in its original packaging
  3. Include the original invoice and Return Authorization number
  4. Ship the item using a tracked delivery service

Refund Conditions

  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Processing Time: Within 48 hours of item inspection
  • Restocking Fee: May apply depending on item condition

Important Exceptions

  • Modified or altered parts are not eligible for return
  • Return postage is customer’s responsibility for non-faulty items
  • We do not reimburse labour costs associated with part installation

Warranty Information

  • New and reconditioned parts: 12-month warranty
  • Used parts: 60-day warranty
